Kotak Silver ETF Fund is introduced by Kotak Mutual Fund.

 The Kotak Silver ETF Fund of Fund, an open-ended fund of fund scheme that invests in units of the Kotak Silver ETF, was just unveiled by Kotak Mutual Fund. The subscription period for the New Fund Offer is already open and will end on March 27.

In the past, silver as a commodity had offered safety during times of adversity. For instance, during the most recent war between Russia and Ukraine, silver prices increased by 12% while the Nifty 50 plummeted by 10% (Source: Bloomberg, Statistics as of January 31, 23).
